The following facilities are designed to add to your shopping experience at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The Customer Service team members are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre, and can be contacted during business hours on 07 5581 5100. The Customer Service Desks are located at the following locations: Arcade - Level 1, opposite Jacqui E and Village Green - Outdoors, near the Play Park.

Pacific Fair has 5,500 parking spaces (more than 3,000 are undercover) with designated Disabled and Parent with Prams parking spaces. The centre can be conveniently accessed from the Gold Coast Highway, Hooker Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard.
People with disabilities are well catered for with disability parking, wheelchair access ramps and disabled toilets. Disabled toilets are located at the Bus Interchange, Westside, as well as in the Upper and Lower Arcade.

Telstra Blue Phone public access telephones are located at the Bus Interchange, Westside, Upper and Lower Arcade and near the Children's Play Park.
A fully equipped Parent's Room is located Lower Arcade. Our well equipped Parent's Room provides a clean, comfortable and convenient space and provides the following services: microwave, change tables, secure children's play area and quiet feeding areas.
Internet access is available at our internet kiosk outlets Internet Express and Hi-Speed Internet. Charges apply.
