The Pacific Fair Visitor lounge is a complimentary space available for all visitors to utilise. Visitors can use the space to plan their day while enjoying the complimentary hot and cold water and a range of services including:

• Pacific Fair Customer Service Liaison Officer 
• Coach set-down and parking
• Free Pacific Fair Shopping Shuttle drop off and pick up point
• Visitor Privileges Pass and Centre Information
• Free Wifi
• Quiet/ Prayer room
• Large screen TV showing current news
• Mobility equipment
• Luggage storage lockers*
• Boardroom*

*Some costs are incurred for luggage storage lockers and boardroom hire

LUGGAGE STORAGE LOCKERS
Luggage storage lockers are now available at Pacific Fair, in a range of sizes, allowing you to store your bags and shop with convenience!
Location: in the corridor next to the Visitor Lounge

Small: hand bags, carry-on luggage, back packs
Med: medium size cases, boxes, motorbike helmets
